The apple orchard at Zettel Farms is a success story with the most humble beginning. What was once barren rolling sand hills unable to support even the most determined weed, has transformed into a lush oasis painstakingly cared for to ensure it's continued success.

Honeycrisp

Honey sweet and are amazingly crisp! Excellent eating apples that are great for sauces, baking, and pies.

Evercrisp

Sweet and juicy apple that holds a powerful crunch! These apples are a cross between Fuji and Honeycrisp.

Mutsu/Crispin

Crunchy, sweet, yet very juicy apple. The original name for this exceptional apple was Mutsu, reflecting its Japanese heritage. It was renamed Crispin in the late '60s and has been gaining in popularity ever since.

Jonagold

Sweet and juicy with a crisp yellow finish on the inside. It's a cross between Golden Delicious and tart Jonathan apples. Creates a great aroma when baked in apple pies!

Gala

A great snacking apple. Mild sweet flavor with a juicy inside and a bright red outside finish!

Ginger Gold

A late Summer apple that is sweet with mildly tart overtones. These come early in the harvest season!

Golden Delicious

A mild and sweet flavored apple with a crisp light yellow flesh. Great for pies, baking, and freezing!

Summer Mac

One of the oldest varieties of apples, Summer Macs are an all around great snacking apple. These apples are excellent for making apple sauce!
